I'm asking iZotope about it now. Also, we have the BreakTweaker Upgrade to Expanded on sale for $20:

It's a glitch plugin. If you want to glitch out loops and drum breaks, it's quite unique at what it does.

even outside of the glitch/micro-edit side, the drum creation using up to 3 layers of sample or 2 osc synth engine, both with modulation, and the individual track length + clock multiplier for each of the 6 tracks are pretty cool features too.

JRR Shop has BreakTweaker Expanded on sale for $49 + automatic extra discount in cart:

@Uncle E

Plugin Boutique are offering the extra expansion packs for anyone who bought Breaktweaker without the packs during the May sale (see first line of text): http://www.pluginboutique.com/product/1 ... r-Expanded

I bought mine from you in May, any chance you can offer the same deal? I've PMed you and emailed JRR with my order numbers and stuff so you can check I'm a genuine customer.
I bought mine more than a year ago, at a not so generous offer. However I have been attentive to acquire the Breaktweaker expansions at a reduced price and have seen no chance. Actually $49 (without the actual BTker) is the best price I've seen for them... For a price under half of that sum I would get those expansions.

///iZotope might not be interested with this kind of offer from the segment constituted by us, BTker users that have not yet bought the expansions, and this might be a good sign... of iZotope actually developing this tool and coming later with extra expansions/upgrades to sell to the now enlarged customer base.
Alternatively, with this low promotions iZ might be scraping the sales pot, of a product they have long ago stopped developing.
Time will tell.

Is there a special code for this? It comes up for me at $99.

I will be looking for a deal on 3 to 4 TB drives and 500 GB to 1 TB SSD drives. I can purchase now or anytime till the end of mid January 2017.

Look at Bargain Center (Bargains ONLY; NO Chat) or is there another site that has such bargains?

tons of sites but slickdeals.net is probably as good as any (in the US, which you appear to be)... go to "hot deals" forum and use the filtering options to see only related offers.

BT or BTxp? Decisions...

I put this question here 'cause no recent BT thread in the instrument section:

Is there any skin alternatives available for the BreakTweaker? :?:
The factory "deep blue sea" is terrible and most confusing, to my eye receptors anyway.

Post

Unfortunately I never heard of skin alternatives for any of iZotope's products. Except iDrum, if I remember right.

Bought BT from JRR and I can't register it in my account at iZotope.

I keep getting '(405) Method Not Allowed' error.

Opened a support ticket already.

First Trash 2 activation errors and now this one... :x :x :x

You can't register (for some reason) the product via your iZotope account. Instal the engine first, when you open the BT for the first time, authorize via the plugin.

I had the same dilemme. Very poorly adviced by the JRR.
An other trick: you have obviously put all 5 serial numbers at once!
I have sent Eric a pm concerning the lack of proper instructions.

Thank you for the information.
Two work flow/feature questions:

1. Is there any way to load pattern (only pattern) to one track? Is there just pattern (groove) banks sorted by the style, as it is sample libraries?
I think iZotope has missunderstood the basic idea choosing/creating a) the sample, b) choosing/creating the pattern. These should each have their own libraries and work independently. The presets can include of course samples+patterns, but how to choose just a pattern per track.

2. How to create syncopated patterns (=free movement of pattern blocks)?
