The only "help" from the product seller who should be responsible of giving all necessary information, JRR Shop in this, was throwing of the link to the iZotope support pages. This much the end user can do without the "help". No exuses, no real action to fix the problem. Bad, bad will...

I registered free Neutrino at iZotope just a moment ago. No issues.

Offering the free Neutrino and the BreakTweaker Expanded deal on the same day must have caused a massive spike on their server.

When you purchase something, the deal is always between the 1) seller and the 2) buyer. The seller is responsible of the working product. Selling means responsibility.
The dealer can´t just pick the raisins from the baked roll and say to the buyer "well, deal with the manufacturer if there´s a problem". The seller has to deal with manufacturer and deliver the necessary information to the buyer. Simple as that (anyway in the Europe) - most likely same principle concerns the USA.

Hi Harri, it's my fault, when I replied to your PM the first time, it was in the morning before I had gotten to work and I didn't yet have a chance to call iZotope directly. Once I got to work, I called them and found the solution, which I then forwarded to you by PM.

I'm sorry that we made the mistake of not supplying you with those links in the first place. We have been selling BreakTweaker Expanded for years but this is the first time we have ever sold it at such a high volume, so I guess problems are showing up that we hadn't seen before. Hi Numanoid, in Harri's defense, he did PM me first about and only after did he come here to talk his experience. I think that is a fair and valuable use of the gossip thread, people can share their experiences about deals, both positive and negative, which can then help other people who are interested in those deals. It also gives me the opportunity to solve the problem in a public manner so that it might help other people who have been affected by it. If Harri and I had discussed this exclusively by PM, then perhaps he would have been the only person I'd gotten to help.

I remember I had a problem with JRR shop back in the day with XILS PolyKB player, but we managed to solve that by PM.
