Can an entire T6 project be archived so that it can be moved to a collaborator's Tracktion DAW and opened?

Yes this is true. As long as they have the plugins you used everything will work fine.

How does one archive a Project?

I routinely archive and email individual Edits to collaborators, but how does one archive a Project?
