Trying out for purchase

If I set up MMBH for Midi Note Control the MReverb also does not sound unless there are midi notes played

How do I solve this?

What DAW? also could you go into more detail about how you set this up.

I GOT IT WORKING!

I am using the very small footprint Host Forte4 by Brainstorm to play Kontakt 5 instruments with an Alesis Vortex Wireless Keytar.

I add your plugins in the Audio Input plugin section
I was loading the Harmony and Reverb plugins one after the other - but after just loading MMBH and setting the MIdi CC for the Wet/Dry mix I right clicked the module bar in Forte and it let me route the Harmonies THROUGH the Reverb

Could not be Better!
