AFAIK you should be able to download everything from your NI account.

Whoops. I always get pluginboutique and plugin alliance mixed up. Names are too close.

And the NI updater only downloads updates, not the full installer files. So there is no way for me to reinstall my products from scratch.
When I cloned my original mac hd to a new 1tb SSD and renamed it, it seems to have broken the ability to update the products successfully. The products updates will download and attempt to install and then fail. NI says the only fix is to reinstall fresh from my Komplete 9 Ultimate hard drive. ...which is dead thanks to their poor choise of HD. Kinda in limbo now. (Or buy Komplete 11 they say).
But I did find a post where someone mentioned that I can download the demo's from their site. So that finally worked last night after 10 days of waiting on their customer support and still no resolution. (Why didn't their support guy tell me that instead of trying to upsell me?) What's crazy is I had to enter my email address individually for each and every demo in order to download it and then wait for the email to arrive with the links that only last 48 hours. I paid more than $1000 for my ultimate so i WOULDN"T have to go through this nonsense. Seems like it didn't help. Silly. Come on NI. Do better for us.

Look in your account on NI's site and you may find the downloader there for the full version. That may have only started with Komplete 10 Ultimate, though. I have the physical K10U, yet it's also available as a download in my account on their site.

FYI - I was able to download all of the K9 (not Ultimate) installers a couple of weeks ago from my NI account.

Yeah, I was looking hard since this started. Only updates are in my products area.
In their initial response to my ticket they state: "Unfortunately, there is no download link for these products. The downloading service available for Native Access is for Komplete 10 and 11 users only. If you do not want to update to a more modern version of Komplete to download the product, please reply with the ticket number to that initial replacement correspondence and I will see if I can re-instate the replacement." (That was on the 15th of Sept. Today is the 24th. They still haven't initiated this relacement yet 9 days later. 11 after ticket start.)
So I'm glad they're going to replace the hard drive for me. I've replied 3 times now to proceed since opening the ticket, only still no action as yet. That's fine, I can be patient with awaiting a replacement HD. Just not liking how slow they are to respond while I couldn't use my products. Then not offering download links. Ultimate 9 is only two years old. There's absolutely no reason not to offer full downloads for this other then they are trying to get users to upgrade. And I understand. They need to keep the cash coming in. But not this way. Not when they started my issues by selling me a bad drive in the box.
But thank you Blue and Ed. It does seem they offer this option for users of Komplete 10+ finally. To me though, they should have been offering this with at least 9 and before. This isn't a limitation of Internet bandwidth, nor a technological limitation. It's feeling more like an artificial hurdle to spur upgrades.
I actually wouldn't mind upgrading from Ult 9 to 11 for about $200. Just not going to do it for $400. I just don't see the value in it for that.
The good news is I finally got all my products to update on my own via forum research and hard work. Not because of their assistance. Sadly they missed a chance to delight a loyal, long-term customer and have now left a bad taste in my mouth about future purchases with them. And I'm one who despises complaining about things. But in this case it's really got me miffed. I guess my esteemed evaluation of them has come crashing down and that's probably most of the disappointment.

Here's a deal I just found. Have you heard of this guy? I just found out about him. Nick Murray.
Seems that he does a lot of NFL spots, trailers and other cues. Very open guy. Sharing everything he does. Doesn't hold back.
Excited to see his workflow and tools. Just opened up on Patreon. For $5 a month it seems like a huge bargain to learn from someone at the top doing great work. Thought I'd share.

By the way, KU 9 was released in March 2013, not 2 years ago.

@Rational: In my NI account there's a blue download button beside the K9 Update entry. Clicking it gives me a list of downloadable iso files. If you don't have that, I'm sure you can get support to add it as I imagine it should be there. Unless I have them because it was an update version.

My how time files. Thanks Ryan. Yeah, it seems I bought it on 10 Dec 2013. Almost 3 years now... I think I'm getting older faster these days as time feels like half that.
I'll have to compare the difference between the versions. Not sure there are 25 more libraries between 9 Ultimate and 11 Ultimate. I thought there were just a few new ones.
And I did sign up to support Mr. Murray above for $5 per month to start out. Already learning some new things. Great guy.
Already learning which libs he's using. Stuff I hear on TV. I can match it now to the source. So that's worth it right there just to know.
Also, Nick's buddy Jeremiah Pena is the creator of the free Kontakt engine Photosynthesis.

Thanks sprnva. I've started a second ticket just now with NI asking them to add the blue download button next to my Komplete 9 Ultimate update line item. Currently it has no download button. Since you have one I am asking that they also give it to me. Thanks for this suggestion.
