Logic Pro X can't open sylenth1, v3

Helo!

I have installed sylenth1 v3.0.2.0 and inte installation went well. However, Logic Pro X can't open it. I can find Sylenth1 in the plug-in manager but when I press "reset and rescan selection" I get this error massage:
