Hi,

Please make sure there's only 1 installation of Sylenth1 in your VST folders. Uninstall Sylenth1, search all your VST folders for any leftover files or folders named Sylenth1 and delete everything. Then re-install Sylenth1 v3.026, create an empty project and add 1 instance of Sylenth1, then activate it. Remove the instance and after that Sylenth1 is activated correctly.

S1 versions after 3.2.1 are not compatible with older versions of S1, so i must have second instance (2.21 or 3.021) for older projects...

No, you should always have *one* version of Sylenth1 in your VST folders. You need to update your projects to Sylenth v3.026 (which is compatible with v2.21) to fix this problem.

First you need to check first which projects you saved with v3.000 to v3.021. If you are not sure, then open them with Sylenth1 v2.21 or v3.026 installed. The presets will all be reset to 001.

Then re-install v3.021 and open these projects. Save the presets used via MENU -> Preset -> Save. Then re-install Sylenth1 v3.026, open the projects and load each preset via MENU -> Preset -> Load.

After that you ONLY have to use Sylenth1 v3.026 and you can upgrade without ever having this problem again!

By the way, instead of re-installing you can also just switch the Sylenth1.dll file, but there should ALWAYS be ONLY ONE Sylenth1.dll in your VST folders!!

Sorry Lennard, but i have 26 projects with old Sylenth. Each have 8-10 instances of Sylenth...!!!! :o

And now i must save presets in each instances?... :dog:

Till now I had two ddls files in two folders. Older S1 - Sylenth1 .ddl and actual version - Sylenth1 B .ddl. Until yesterday, everything worked. Latest version changes everything!

Please, do something, so that I can use two versions (old and new) at one daw :help: :help: :help:

Are you sure they are ALL saved with Sylenth1 BETA versions between v3.000 to v3.021 versions and not with v2.x instead?

Even if that worked, then you will always have to switch between dll's for each individual project. In the end you will spend more time in total switching this way. Also, your projects will never be compatible with ANY future (or even older than v3.0!) versions of Sylenth1.

Unfortunately that is not possible.
