Chrome bug, can't access dropdown menu on top of the site

Since yesterday I can't access the dropdown menus on the top of the site, the tiny arrows next to plugins and more. The dropdown menu doesn't show at all, it only happens in chrome.

Does work again! Solved it. It was a certificate problem with windows, all I had to do is open up CMD and enter "certutil -urlcache * delete" this command for the certificates to be deleted and thus refreshed.
