Hi,
I don´t get my serials mailed when I request them in my account.
I wanted to switch from Mac to PC this weekend, but had to leave out some of my U-He plug-ins because of that issue.
My mail from Saturday hasn´t been answered until now.
Anyone else with the same problem?
Phil

Thank you Urs.
my question was related to the automatic serial mailer problem, not my support request mail.

I just verified that there is no issue on our end, eMails are sent from our server as expected.
Our license delivery eMails are sent with an automated system, some eMail providers may occasionally filter them out and put them into your account's spam folder, that can happen. Unfortunately, some eMail providers employ overly aggressive spam filters (especially Hotmail/Live and related, as well as some webhosting plugins) that can erroneously filter out our automated eMails and delete them completely without ever informing you about it.
As you're using an eMail address with your own hosted website, it may well be that your hosting provider is using one of these overly aggressive spam filters that blocked out our license delivery eMail(s) without letting you know. Making it seem like our system never sent you anything, when in fact it did. Depending on the software and setup your hosting provider uses, it may (or may not) help to add our main eMail address (support at u-he dot com) to your eMail account's contact list and/or spam whitelist.
