Here it is the skinning tutorial.

I miss dots around the dials. Any chance of adding them?
I would do it myself, but I am too busy at the moment.

Thanks

Just make a skin ;)

Yes, I will do that when I get some time, probably next week.

Anyway, I will repeat my old request for this synth:

Is there any way of disabling the analog drift? It may be cool for other sounds, but for bass it isn't very useful.
It keeps on phasing and losing bass frequencies periodically.

I like the way U-HE did it, for example.

Thanks,
Lesha

A switch could be possible.

PKG installer is now gatekeeper compatible for Mac and does not require administrator privileges.

Did the original programmer sell you the code? That would probably mean he no longer makes synths. Would be a pity as he obviously got talent for it...
Well, at least you will get a lot of additional traffic on your site now

The dark skin design looks nice, very much like the original hardware. I hope Oberheim won't complain :hihi:

There are definitely big differences in the CPU usage between the new and the old version. New version is using more CPU per voice but the old one always uses the same amount of CPU no matter if it's playing something or not.

Here is a little test I made on my old i7 laptop:

OS: W10 x64
DAW: Reaper 5.26 x64
Project Samplerate: 96khz

OB-dX:
Old version voices set to 1 - 0 voices playing: 0.70%
Old version voices set to 1 - 1 voices playing: 0.70%
New version voices set to 1 - 0 voices playing - 0.22%
New version voices set to 1 - 1 voices playing - 0.97%

Old version voices set to 8 - 0 voices playing: 4.60%
Old version voices set to 8 - 8 voices playing: 4.60%
New version voices set to 8 - 0 voices - 0.28%
New version voices set to 8 - 8 voices - 6.31%

Will check. Mac or Win? Be aware 1.3 filter DSP is different.

I think the new filter does not have SSE optimizations maybe that's why.

Thank you George for everything you are doing and keeping OB-XD free.
