Alert for answered posts (or how to know someone cited you)

Hi there,

Is there already a way to know if someone has answered to a post you've placed inside a topic? For instance, if somebody cited you? I'm finding myself looking for answers manually following each post to see if one of them is an answer. When posts get big it's quite annoying.

Am I missing something?
