I'm trying to fine-tune a mix but every time I grab a knob and turn it, Tracktion starts recording automation!
I'm sure there's a way to stop this but I'm too stupid to find it.. can someone point me in the right direction?

Bottom-right corner is a button with [A]o on it. It's immediately to the left of the play button.
Switching this off will stop if from recording automation.
