Is there a plugin like RBass or MaxxBass, even paid.

Not read the whole thread but the people talking about simply adding subs do realise that R and MaxBass don't do this, right?

2 plugins keep Waves on my machines, L2 and RBass. And RBass is on sale so if you missed it when it was free, get it cheap now.

I recently compared the IM Pusher to RBass using just the low end section of IM with everything else bypassed. I think they can sound identical ( and possibly have the same code). The pattern of harmonics also looks identical in an analyser. So the IMpusher seems to be permanently on sale and gives some limiting, compression, RBass, sonic enhancer (vitamin ish?) etc for not much more than RBass. Not free but better value than a single function plug IMHO.

Good spotting! Pusher is actually really great. Seemed gimmicky and Infected Mushroom are kinda cheesey, but it is quite an awesome all-round enhancer plugin. Even the stereo enhancer is great.

I've finally found a viable alternative - free as well. The 'True Bass' part of the truly excellent (but little known outside of radio broadcasting) Stereo Tool. The plugin is immense in scope - an entire plugin suite really in terms of dynamics/eq/stereo/noise removal tools.
