You don't need to do anything. It's a beta, the final version will be much more optimised.

Hmmm... any chance of getting it optimised while its still cheap? Dont want to risk leaving it, only to find its been optimised very little....
It's still cheap at $99 so wait till it's released, re-test & buy it. :D

The current issue is in the debugging code we left in for beta testing. It'll be gone with the final version.
Good to know.

The current discount is because of the risk of buying into a beta.

What's the "app link"?

With certain more "soft" patches even at maximum mixer volumes and maximum main volume those are still a bit too quiet, at least they do no reach a state were they do clip when seting the mixer at the host track to a 0dB level.

Would it be possible to add some additional gain somewhere, mybe in the preferences? Maybe something like +3dB, +6dB and +9 dB (while mostly +6 dB should be enough).

With Diva i never seemed to have the problem that it is too quiet.

I've only demoed it twice and it's already in my cart! :help:

But i need to test it first like a sensible person so how long is it likely to be in PB for; days, weeks?

Can i use it in tracks meant for release? This will determine if i use it in anything i'm working on and buy it soon as i'm sure, probably take about 30 seconds. :hihi:

My other question is Diva related. Will it be 'upgraded' to match the sound quality of Repro-1 and what other models are you planning to add to Diva?

I always thought you did the discount as an intro offer - do you have to wait 9 months in this case and will there be a transfer fee if for some reason performance doesn't improve or gets worse? Curious how it works with beta. Anyway amazing work Urs, i've gotten some nice subs from Diva but this is on a whole different level on the lower registers. :)

If deemed worthy, I would be honored if this patch of mine becomes a factory preset (see attached). Not counting the Repro effects, I came up with it on my real Pro-One.

Repeat simply re-triggers the envelopes at the rate set by the clock.
If you want to 'hold' the arp, you can use the 'latch' switch instead.

Hehe, I answered that in the other thread, but why not?

As it happens, we do have a Prophet-5 now. If we would like to do a poly version, it would be a P-5 emulation. A few features less, less CPU per voice, slightly different sound but mostly the same sonic character. Lush stuff.

However, our schedule is busy. We have loads of construction areas. We do not know yet if and when we go there.

But tempting it is. And the intro offer won't come back for it :clown:
My Future Retro 512 has a poly mode that turns up to 16 monophonic instruments into a polyphonic instrument... I loaded up Repro-1 (UH Larger Than A Memory) on 5 channels with unique MIDI numbers and BAM. Sounds sweet. It didn't slaughter my i3 too bad either.

Great job on the synth. I imagine I'll be ordering it even though I hardly touch the software these days (damn modular addiction).

I've a resolution to not switch my Make Noise Shared System on until Repro is finally released.

(I'll be in modular heaven all December - I hope)

Firstly, as with all U-he products I'm once more impressed with this one. UI very well layed out and clever new features and FX choices. After a few hours of testing and tweaking, I could hear faithful analog-sounding results and even odd artifacts. I'm impressed. Bravo! :)

1st thing that didn't go as expected: (sorry if it has already been mentioned. I didn't read ALL comments or the complete manual yet) I expected the actual effect modules to move as soon as I changed the order of an effect in the FX chain (the vertical red buttons on the left). I assumed you left it as-is because it's just a UI issue/feature and does not affect the sound, but I found it annoying that the order becomes different when changing the FX's order.

2nd (very minor UI) issue: Once the Undo button becomes active, it always stays in "Neutral" gamma even when changing the global gamma setting. It's indeed minor, but knowing U-he'S quest for perfection, I thought I'd let you know anyway.

Thanks again for this great synth!

Maybe a bug, maybe just a current limitation of the preset system, could even be the OS (Windows here) but apostrophe's don't show up correctly. Example: I name a preset LEAD - Let's Go Sync and it turns into Lead - Let_s Go Sync. Would be nice if these showed up in the browser as written.

Also any chance of getting delay time values or (note values) to appear in Lyrebird? Same request for things like the frequency in the EQ.

I wish the synth had polyphony and less cpu usage :)

Sounds so great, so real
