Can't find latest version of edit

Hello,

Is there a way to restore a file from the temp directory *.thumb files? For some reason, the work I did in an edit the other day was not there when I opened the file today. I found the *.wav files I had recorded on my hd but the additional tracks they were sitting in in the edit were nowhere to be found. Also, when I opened the project, the recorded files were not even listed. In a nutshell, when I opened the file today it appears to have opened the original version of the edit but I Know I saved my work before I shut down the other day. I did notice that in the temp directory there is a .thumb file with the timestamp that I saved the revised file so I can't seem to figure out how I can retreive that file. I hope this makes sense and any help anyone can provide would be greatly apprecieated.

also having a problem retrieving an edit, i can see the edit on my hd, but it wont show up in my project.. any help greatly appreciated..
