Hi there, I'm using the full version of Mulab on OSX and I am very impressed about the flexibilty and usability of it. The only question I have at the moment is how to switch/select patterns in the Step Sequencer. Can someone help me please?

Many thanks

Manu

You can change the pattern in realtime through the lower notes,
for example >C-1=Pattern A, C#-1=Pattern B...

otherwise using the menu at the top right:
Pattern.PNG
among the other options here you can switch/select and add new patterns.

Ok, so far as I can understand, is not possible than to "call" the patterns inside the Step Sequencer itself? Is really only possible via an external midi note input?

Sure, you can change the patterns directly into the step sequencer:

Yes, ok, thats fine, but what I mean is to automate the pattern switch inside the Step Sequencer itself. Is that possible?

Ok now I understand,
unfortunately not, but you can use a sequence in mulab to do this,
check the attached example.

Very nice, thank you for the instructions! Maybe this function will be implemented in future updates? Best, Manu
