I have downloaded Proximity (64-bit, Windows) and although it is accepted as a VST plugin in both Notion and VSL Vienna Ensemble, it does not seem to be getting any audio (the level meter shows no activity). There is audio going to the channel strips in both apps (Notion/Ensemble) but no audio present in Proximity. Other plugins work fine. I notice that the VST UI that is presented does not have a menu strip at the top ... perhaps that is the problem.
Any ideas are appreciated!

Is this a mono channel? Maybe try a stereo channel as a workaround? (not sure, just an idea)
Indeed. Proximity bases on old code, but we planned a big rework next year. Really sorry for the trouble.Caleb104 wrote:I notice that the VST UI that is presented does not have a menu strip at the top ... perhaps that is the problem.

Which host or "hosts" are we talking about exactly?Caleb104 wrote:Any ideas are appreciated!
I take it, Presonus Notion and VSL Pro Ensemble from the OP - does this happen somewhere else as well?
As FabienTDR already mentioned, if this is a mono channel - chances are you might run into troubles (I can confirm this for Logic on Macintosh, you are however on Windows).
Cubase works both in mono and stereo (Windows)
If it's not working for you, the "workaround" is a stereo channel indeed until an update of the plugin arrives (whenever that will happen).
