SFX Machine Pro is really very good, the only bad (if i remember right) it not automatable parameters in his engine (which also has a bit unusual workflow), though this available for his sliders in front panel, but nonetheless.
Speakerphone, Permut 8, SpectrumWorx, great tools.

Not sure guitar software and plugin chainers qualify as multi fx software.
Korg Mde-X gets a lot of use. Warmverb is nice too if you get it for free. Also CamelSpace I use alot. If guitar software is included then Waves Gtr3 I also like very much because of its sleek interface where you can just use only the fx part without loading the rest.

MXXX is the all-being-master-of-time-space. So good. Got it for sale last Christmas and I don't think I'll ever exhaust it's possibilities. It's not just super flexible, the modules all sound great.
Reaktor is still a go-to as well. I love Blackbird. I got a lot of use out of FastFX back in the day. I'll use NO2 as well. I really like that one a lot. I even find Guitar Rig and Amplitube to be great depending on the task. I really like the Audio Damage ones a lot. Even Dr. Device. Simple but really good sounding.

I generally only use Guitar Rig when playing a guitar -- I should definitely try it on Mutable Instruments Rings.
Serum FX is the multi-FX I reach for most often now. I still like Sonitex STX-1260, too, and Waldorf d-Pole.
Not really "multi-FX" in the classic sense, but I love Ubermod, EchoBode, Fault and Sandman Pro.

I've always liked Warmverb a lot (that name is totally unsuitable for this very flexible Multi-effect unit) It's capable of some stunning multi-layered sounds. I often end up using multiple instances in series.
