"Randomizer" button?

How does the "!!Randomizer!!" button on the Rand-O-Matic patch in the SFX folder work? I see the Randomizer module in the modular view, but where is it in the module list? I can't seem to locate it.

I just quickly scanned for objects that began with "r". Careless. I apologize. I see the "Parameter Value Randomlizer" now.
