No problem, glad to help! Gotta love those edge-cases...tasmaniandevil wrote:Thank you very much for the detailed information and the example files.Aerithos wrote:This patch is relatively simple, and playing it normally provides no issue. However, when pressing play in FL Studio on either the playlist or the pattern, the patch is silent for a second, then the volume comes back in like the release of a limiter.
I can reproduce it in different hosts, too.
Seems to be something going on with Jaws when starting host playback.
Adding it to our bug-tracking list now.

Professional technicians are assessed by the abilities they possess.
Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.

Today I noticed sometimes a strange behaviour of the sequencer.
I programmed a simple 8 notes sequence.
When I now play it so it seems to be that after some repeats of the sequence three or 4 notes sounds longer than usual.
Then it sounds normal again. But after some repeats of the sequence it happens again that some notes are longer.
Until yet I cannot find the reason for it. Maybe that sometimes the notes are not correct triggered and the the amp or filter envelope ist not correct triggered?
Here you can download the preset:

this isn't happening here for me with this patch. seems completely normal to me, unless you're talking about some subtle micro type of variance which i'm not noticing. i do notice that the "trigger pulsing" has quite a bit of variation (though the notes don't seem any "longer" when i turn up the cutoff), but haven't tested this against anything else to see if it's normal for the patch.Gucky wrote:Today I noticed sometimes a strange behaviour of the sequencer.

Repro-1 beta is in this track starting at 00:14 and 02:45 as one of the main leads as a kind of "acid" sound, so you can hear it in context of a fully mixed track. It repeats through the track and is quite important throughout.
Mixed track with Repro-1 in it.

Hi,
funny Sustain (cc64) behaviour / Bug?
Patch tested: TUC Orange Radio
Press your sustain pedal, hit and release a high note, hit and release a low note.
Release the pedal -> note jumps back to the high note.

I could confirm this here but it also seems to happen with other patches. Best for testing this is to use a higher Amp envelope Release value. If the Release is too short you will maybe not notice this.Chris-S wrote:Hi,

Tested with the 64-bit VST2 on Windows 10 64-bit and Live 9.7 64-bit.

The CC64 was indeed buggy. But it's already been fixed. So that won't happen anymore in the final version.Chris-S wrote:Hi,

I think repro has quite some potential in the acid genre.
