Remap On Tempo Change

I thought that selecting this option for a clip would enable the clip boundaries to automatically resize to the current loop boundaries when changing the tempo. However, if I speed up the tempo, the clip remains the same size, resulting in the end of the clip extending beyond the loop point. I even enabled the time stretch option but still the clip doesn't automatically resize. Is there any way to get clips to resize automatically to stay looped perfectly when there is a tempo change?

Select the elastic pro time stretch option on the clip. Now change the tempo now select the clip (with snap on) hold alt and drag the first arrow on the left or right of the clip to the bar size of your liking

Thanks for that feedback -- much appreciated!

So there's no way to have clips automatically stretch to stick to the loop boundaries when the tempo changes? You always have to manually resize them?

No, you don't *have to* manually resize them. It'll do it itself, if you make it a loop clip, or tell it to. You need to turn on auto-tempo on the clip, if i remember right.

Not in front of tracktion at the moment, but you do something like select the clip, go to the "loop properties" tab, and click the radio button for auto-tempo. Something along those lines. I'll check later, if that's not it.
"my gosh it's a friggin hardware"
