Every once in a while, I get one of the XY faders slipping on me. I fix it, save the preset, and the little sucker is back again. What is causing this? Any ideas?

Sounds like an accidental MIDI Learn to me. Click the cogwheel on top right of the UI, go to the MIDI list editor and check out if anything is assigned there...

Nope. Nothing appears in the MIDI table. This is weird though: When I click on the preset twice, the range marker snaps back to where it's supposed to be. Then, when I switch to another preset, and then back to the same preset again, the range marker is off again, double-click, it snaps back to where I saved it. Ever experience anything like that?Urs wrote:Sounds like an accidental MIDI Learn to me. Yep, I had it happen. Annoying. Seems like a GUI refresh issue of sorts.

Closed the project. Opened Zebrify in a new project. Loaded the patch. Sure enough, the range marker is still off. Closed and reopened my DAW, same thing. I've tried saving the patch under a new name, doesn't work. It just won't go away.EvilDragon wrote:Yep, I had it happen. Annoying. Seems like a GUI refresh issue of sorts.

Nope. It's actually shifting the position of VCF2 Cutoff. I'll attach a zip with the Zebrify patch. Run some noise through it, and be sure to place a limiter on the outputUrs wrote:Hmm, ok, so the sound is correct, just the visual representation is off?
The error is happening in the "Pitch/Drive" XY matrix, second range marker on the second range bar on the X1 axis. If you mute mixers 2, 3 & 4, disengage VCF1, turn the X1 axis all the way up and then listen closely while adjusting the second range marker from 20.63 to 30.00, you will hear a very noticeable shift in pitch.
