You're right with everything you say, and also back up my commentary. Pretty much every modern tool on the market shows the input, output and in case of compressors even the gain reduction. It's really only a matter of micro-adjustments. And yes, a good pair of ears work just as well.

Maybe because VST3 still causes a lot of unpredictable issues in hosts. Also, this plugin doesn't use external sidechaining or "micro-pitching" (it's no synth)

AWESOME UPGRADE

Love it. Instantly updated my project templates with it.


One issue I encountered:
Selecting a value from the 'Type' dropdown is flakey. Most of the times I get no reaction to a click = the type is not selected/changed. The last one in the list I was never able to activate thru the dropdown.

BTW, the VUMT 2 Mac installer uninstalls 1.9.5 and vice versa. I moved VUMTduo and VUMTsolo out of the installed locations temporarily, installed 2.0, and moved them back in, and now Logic sees all three versions.

Since 1.9.5 and 2.0 are different IDs, I'd expect the 2.0 installer to leave the 1.9.5 in place.

Just wanna let you know, that I've uploaded new VUMT 2 and VUMT 1.9.5 installers for Mac. So this issue should be gone now.

There are several possible reasons for this to happen, and ways to get around that.

That's a great update of a beauty ! :hug: ....which I am not able to get cause of the :-x :-x :-x regulations in my country.

Its was already a neat plugin both GUI & function-wise before the update.

Actually it is only PayPal at Tony's site, and that is the problem. Maybe you could ask Tony to send him money by other way, if you have a credit card or West Transfer. It's a small amount..

I got this info yesterday evening already - looks like the installer issue has been fixed where the previous version was uninstalled (also happened on Windows).

BTW: Tony is a great guy. Fast and friendly support. Open to new ideas, even if they suck like mine :D

He helped me, because I had some strange GUI behaviors with the mouse. Asked back specific questions to narrow down the issue. And so on. The issue was solved very fast, it was my mouse. Just needed a reboot. Next day everything was fine. Still he stayed cool and professional.

You can't go wrong with his products. And v2 and Deluxe now proves that over again :tu: :tu: :tu:

For me, one of the best developers out there. Curious what he will come up next with :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
