So I tried buying UVI's Synth Legends from Musicians Friend again, since as a Stupid Deal of the Day for $29.99, it was hard to pass up. The first time I tried buying it, they left it out of the box. (The box wasn't empty though that might have been funny.) Since I used PayPal they couldn't credit and resend it so I just took the credit. This time, I got the product but the registration code inside was for a different UVI product. Really? I can't believe they ship this thing. There is no DVD inside, just a card with directions on registering and downloading. If they just sent the code, this would never have happened. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed third time is the charm.

Yeah. I always thought MF was being very wasteful of resources for continuing to ship these DVD cases containing a slip of paper with a serial number on it. Completely idiotic. Wastes shipping resourses, their staff's time, post office overhead, and MY TIME! Complete wasteful mentality.

MF. Hint. Read the book "2-Second Lean" to learn why you're losing millions each year. And pissing off customers. Other retailers should also check into it.

Me too. That and I wasn't aware of them and their products, so didn't have time to research their offerings enough before they ended their sale. Once again, these companies really need to consider extending their dates or advertising sooner so people have a chance to research, plan, budget and buy.

Don't think i've seen it posted anywhere, Polyverse I Wish is on sale for $39 so i had to buy it. The best video i've seen is this which involves using an arp to create amazing vocal resynthesis effects, very daft punk-esque.

I've got a couple of vocal ideas i've wanted to do for a while but can't sing in tune so had to get it. looks really dope.

Has something strange gone down with everyplugin.com? not only is the CM30 code not working, with no banner announcing the times its running (as per yesterday's post by Koby), I'm seeing plugins at the same or higher prices than waves.com eg kramer HLS is $149 on waves.com and $239.04 on EP, API 560 is $99 on waves.com and $239.04 on EP, and vinyl is the same on both at $99

I sent him an email asking the same thing and he responded to me maybe 6 hours or so ago. Said they wouldn't be activating it before the sale ends. (edit: But I was asking until the most recent waves timer rand down.) He didn't say why. But I assumed he was flooded with orders and couldn't keep up. Perhaps he needed to sleep too? Not sure. But I got all 3 of the orders I placed with him using the code. I next used the code on audiodeluxe and got the Maroquin EQ for $8.10.

At Waves' site: One coupon usage per user-account and only once in a cart.
At our site: You can use the coupon many times, but each time only once in cart.

(Otherwise people would create multiple accounts to re-use the coupon,
something we can't prevent. That's not a problem in Waves' site
because there, your site-account is your Waves account).
