Cannot authorise synthmaster - invalid entries in licence error

Hi, I bought synthmaster this morning, received the thanks for purchasing email with instructions : but whenever I try to authorise the plugin I get an invalid entries in licence error. I've tried everything, have emailed several times to support without acknowledgement let alone a reply. It seems my only option will be to do a chargeback on my credit card which would be a shame. Would be grateful if someone could help, the customer service appears to be non existant. I cant post a copy of the email as it seems to trigger a spam filter.

I have tried deleting everything and reinstalling then when opening the plug I enter the name and serial number from the thank you for purchasing email. licence successfully installs then error message saying invalid entries in licence.

For some unfathomable reason, they rarely look at this forum. Try instead the Instruments forum, and also their Facebook page.

I'm having this same problem, just bought it. It says the license file installed successfully but everytime I click anywhere on the synth it opens up the web page to buy it. What a joke.
