All MeldaProduction effects and MPowerSynth updated to 10.05

Hi folks,

next update is here . 10.05 is a minor update which fixes/improves several problems, but also provides several new features. It is recommended to install this update. To do that, get the newest version from MeldaProduction download page and use it.

Fix: Equalizer/comb points could jump a little when started dragging.

Thanks for MDrummer improvements! The easier naming, delete key support, favorites and randomization are really helpful! Managing random kits is a lot more user-friendly now too.

I have a few other small suggestions, but I'll start a new thread.
