Hi,

I upgraded from Transfuser to the AIEP complete. I would now like to sell this (AIEP). What process do I need to follow. Do I have to include Transfuser in the sale, as it is the product that the upgrade came from. If I do, do I need 2 transfers?

Hello,

To be eligible to receive the AIEP 3 Upgrade, in theory, your buyer would need to own an AIR instrument such as Xpand!2, Hybrid 3 etc.
That's for the buyer to manage, though, we don't police transfers and ask customers play fair.
There is a $25 transfer fee levied by iLok per item transferred. This is capped at $50 per transfer. We have no way to override this.
