Well, if they go this road I hope they make it optional - as long as it cannot compete with VSL Imperial or Pianoteq it would be a waste of disk space and download time for me.
Personally I hope they concentrate on making the DAW aspects better (modulation of fx parameters, surround, midi warping, etc.) instead of adding things for which most users might already have better alternatives anyways.
There are tons of grand pianos out there - there are companies who specialised in this domain ....

I think the way they did it with the DAW Essentials Collection is quite nice - offer a great package for an affordable price that people can add, but keep it separated from the DAW /sequencer ....

Just my thoughts.

I Know there's the crossover but wot about adding 24db and 48db to the high and low pass filters in the eq ?

The lack of a proper mixer with full-size faders and proper channel metering is a serious handicap,Also no Stereo Width you cant even take this mixer Serious Lets see shall we

Right add 18 thru 96db and or more shapes on the lowpass and hipass filters and add at least 3 to 5 more bands with 5 you will almost always need another EQ in the chain. They could make it 6 changeable bands an 2 fix 1 hipass and 1 lowpass but you got to make it eight at least this now almost standard at least 6 bands on all these types of EQ's no one makes 5 bands for these Eq's with spectrum analyzers unless it's a demo or free. I am just saying, but you know I love the EQ and all the other plugins but must keep it real and keep you guys at TSC on your toes at all times. True Tracky

Honestly if I were to start a music school the first thing I would take away from the students until they completely understand mixing is the mixer. I started recording with mixer boards went to the DAW world a switch to a Mackie universal controller and Tracktion hardly ever touched the mixer until final mix and automation. I suddenly realized the first tools is your ears and I have seen a lot of people
Find there self worry how it look on the mixer instead of how it sound and this feature boxes a lot of rookie engineers in and have them thinking things should be the same way in every song Tracktion help you learn how to mix first with your ears this will always make a better mixer so when you finally touch faders on a mixer it will only feel like another tool to use and not the make all be all, I feel all you engineers who always had a mixer it is a big lost that will turn you around but like I said if you never recorded music it is the best way to learn.

An they got a mixer on the way and all the Tracky's that already make great music will only see ass a new great tool to brag about and drag in new users

useing two eq just because there isn't more than 5 bands every eq i know has eight please let us know if there's going to be a update soon and add 24db and 48db to high and low pass filters

Did you uninstall and reinstall? A trial can only be started once per machine. Send an email to support@tracktion.com and we can reset your trial.
