Preset Management Question (probably dumb)

Hi all -
First off, thanks in advance for your help.
I'd like to focus on songwriting, but get easily sidetracked into playing around with the presets...
Is there an easy way to drop all my favorite presets into a single folder -- without having to go into the Windows folders where the presets live and move them from there? Would like to be able to do this from within the synths. That way I can just limit myself to seeing the presets that I've "favorited" as compatible with my type of songs - grab them from there and get back to writing...
