Beat Creator could export in rex2 format though iirc. ( Can't use it anymore on x64 machines, and my old XP machine where it is still installed doesnt get much use atm.)
Are there other slicers that can do this ?

Out of curiosity checked and see the OP is probably using Ableton which has built in tools and devices to facilitate slicing, reordering and regrooving of audio and midi content.

MixMan still selling it, costs $80, minimum requirement is Win95, and 32 MB RAM
http://www.mixman.com/products/beatcreator.html
A more modern take on this thing is Slicex, which also costs $80 (plus VAT)

Obviously there is a need for more slicers on the 64 bit platforms, too bad nobody picked up on that in the KVR DC challenge. It would get my vote.
