FR: more descriptive labels in MRhythmizer

Both the scratch control and the sequence length setting only show a number. Without the manual at hand the user has no idea what the number signifies. Please add the text "(quarter notes)" to the label as it is done for the grid settings.

sorry, won't happen, we need to keep the GUI as clean as possible. Not mentioning it could cause the editor to expand with certain editor modes and styles...
