I don't have Zebra yet, but the demos sound awesome. I love squishy resonance and Zeeb sounds like a good answer to my unrequited Matrix-12 lust.
However, I have some questions prior to purchase:
1) Since it appears Zebra is download only and my G5 is off-network, I assume I can download via PC to USB memory stick and execute install from same on G5?
2) How does u-he handle reinstalls? I will probably need to rebuild my machine periodically and I want a convenient reinstall method
3) I found nothing on your site about user support. I rarely need it, and often rely on user forums such as these. However, on occasion, it is nice to get a tech rep on the phone or via email. Do you provide any kind of interactive support?
Thanks,
LIcensing and reinstalls

Yes. The download is an ordinary .zip file. It should be no problem to park it on the dark side before you let it shine.Todzilla wrote: However, I have some questions prior to purchase:

This is no problem. Upon purchase you get a serial number which has to be entered along with your name, in order to un-demo the demo. You can do this as often as you need and as long as you are the only user.Todzilla wrote: 2) How does u-he handle reinstalls?
