It's not automated. GC verifies all orders manually. So it takes a bit time.hivkorn wrote:i have buy synthmaster but nothing receive yet , the statut is on : processing (buy with a gmail account.com) , what does it mean ? it's not suppose to be automatic ?

what does manual verification of an order mean? sounds expensive - particularly for orders that areonly worth a few dollarsrobotmonkey wrote:It's not automated. GC verifies all orders manually. It means that credit cards are manually verified. They say this, it's about billing information. I'm guessing that it's to reduce fraud.woggle wrote:what does manual verification of an order mean? sounds expensive - particularly for orders that areonly worth a few dollarsrobotmonkey wrote:It's not automated. thanks - I use paypal mainly but maybe that needs some sort of check too. Seems expensive although US wages are really low so I suppose not. Minimum adult wage in my country is close to $18 an hour. Children get a lot less than that though, hence entire industries like retail and fastfood are almost exclusively staffed by childrenghettosynth wrote:It means that credit cards are manually verified. Yeah, it seems that they do check the Paypal invoices also manually. I got my registration key in about a hour. Then registered and downloaded the installer from KV331 without problems.
As usual promised no more new synths this year (or ever) and Synthmaster is the last synth I would need or want as the likelyhood that I would ever bother to program it is very small. I like the Player but never been fan of megasynths that want to do it all. But go figure. Obviously first new year's resolution broken already. Also probably the most pointless purchase of 2017. That was quick.
But 10$ is a 10$.

Sonivox Percussion Companion for 52€ at PlugInBoutique.
...so you get 4 instruments for 52€ but 19 (including the 4) instruments for 64€ if you buy the Sonivox Premier Collection Upgrade in the same shop ... go figure

14 months with Track Spark I have paid $31,36 in total
If the plugs will be as good from now on as EuterpeXL each month, it is totally worth it.

Kalamata Kid wrote:From what I gather you are saying is to ignore GRM Tools Classic 3.Michael L wrote:GRM Classics was different when it was introduced, but you likely have other plugs to do most of that. To say it in a clunky way: Evolution extracts interesting elements of a complex sound while it is playing; while Spectral changes the frequency distribution of a simple sound to make it more interesting. Relative usefulness depends on the type of sounds you use.
That is why it was on the bottom of my list.
I like to do ambient and experimental music. I am well stocked on VST fx but am looking at GRM tools as they seem to be unusual. I work with samples not synths.
So now I am left to decide on one of two or none.
GRM Tools Evolution
Sale price£108.40 = about $133.90
https://hiamusic.store/collections/ina- ... -evolution
GRM Tools Spectral Transform 3
Sale price£83.19 = about $102.74
https://hiamusic.store/collections/ina- ... ransform-3
Decisions, decisions!
What's a guy to do!
Any idea when the sale is over?
Are these GRM Tools VSTfx or VSTi’s?
Are they 32 or 64 bit?
Will work in Windows 10?
Demos and manuals are available in French and English here

The GUIs aren't much to look at and they don't really have presets so they are hands on tools. Instead they use a snapshot morphing system with 16 snapshots as starting points.
Apart from that Evolution can turn your samples into instant drones a bit like Adaptiverb. Evolution is also in the Creative bundle as ghettosynth mentioned which you can pick up for $49. The rest depends on what you want to use them for as Classics still has useful stuff like Freeze. All the other bundles will be cheaper at Don't Crack as you can use the $50 or $10 plugimons to reduce the sale prices and haven't found other resellers doing extra discounts

It could be worse. I bought Synthmaster, KResearch KR-Fatter, Re-Compose Liquid Notes, NuGen Audio Monofilter Elements, and Wave Arts MR Hum. I think it is the initial endorphin rush that gets me.eah, it seems that they do check the Paypal invoices also manually. I got my registration key in about a hour.
