Grain tool

so that vid that just came out about the grain tool looks amazing, but I don't have the grain tool (i think, I can't find it anywhere). Is it in all versions of Mulab 7? If not, should I be redownloading Mulab 7 to get it? thx in advance.

It is with the Oscillators, MFO etc in the Modules / Audio Generators
