Mux Modular in Cubase - Space bar does not start/stop play

Hi,
new user of Mux Modular here in Cubase and really excited!
But I cant use the space bar to start/stop playback of my host (cubase) if the window of a synth in mux is focused. (so not the mux window, but inside the modular view - or a specific synth loaded into mux)
Is there any way to get this? (Maybe through a shortcut? but I didnt find anything host playback related)
Thanks

MUX forwards unused events to the host, but i think it's the host that should use them, even if they're coming from plugin windows.

well I'm not sure about that, because I tested this also in Ableton Live 9.7 and there the spacebar also does not work when a synth window is open (or the modular edit window).mutools wrote:MUX forwards unused events to the host, but i think it's the host that should use them, even if they're coming from plugin windows.
can you check this please? mux is really cool! but this spacebar issue is a little workflow killer sometimes

I just did this:
1) Run Reaper (starts a new, empty project)
2) Add new instrument track (prompts for instrument)
3) Pick Mux (pops up new instrument window with Basic Synth loaded, asks if you want four stereo outs -- say no)
4) Hit space whilst focus is on Mux window - Reaper starts to play
5) Hit space again to stop Reaper
6) Click Mux patch box and select B3 organ
7) Hit space whilst focus is still on Mux window - Reaper starts to play
8. Hit space again to stop Reaper
I can't reproduce the problem in Reaper.

OK, yes, that makes a difference in Reaper, too.
- Insert MuX VSTi but leave the Modular area closed (front panel focussed) and space makes Reaper play.
- Insert MuX VSTi and open the Modular area (that having focus) and space does not make Reaper play.
- Click back to the front panel window and space makes Reaper play.
So it's focus being on the modular area that's causing the issue.

I've taken note about taking another look at this, but currently working on other things, so i can't promise anything on short term, sorry.
