For the first frame of opening the window, the cables aren't in the "natural" style if that is your setting, and colors and Z-order can differ. Example gif:
In addition, in the bottom right: the sequencer faders start out incorrectly, but the little bars are correct.
The "natural" setting is also forgotten for a split second when recabling a cord in this way:
