Has anyone seen this video?! Is Tracktion getting a new name along with a full-fledged mixer?! All this and more at NAMM...

Interesting looking video. I'd been hoping for an improvement in how you interact with the piano roll. As it stands, I always find myself having to scroll a bit to get the start of it lined up with the edge of the screen. 90% of the time, it's the notes at the beginning of the clip that I need to get at. Adding a full mixer is probably a wise decision. Look forward to seeing it, although I'm wondering what the upgrade path with be for people like me who've just bought into Tracktion (October).

Suspected this was coming, especially in that T7 updates had dwindled and it appeared that the focus became new development. Gotta say, the mixer option will be great to have! Hope it's not too buggy when it arrives. Guesses as to how much it will cost for T7 users?

they are saying it will be much the same as if it were a normal upgrade - t6 to t7 was $30

I hope that mixer is optional...The mixer is fine, it's just that I'm not fan of top-to-bottom listing of plugins. Tracktion's left-to-right system is much better.

It's optional, looking at the videos of Woody talking about it from NAMM. The old way is still there

Can someone find out if the GUI color editor found in all T versions other than T7 has been reimplemented in the new Waveform product?

I have been forced to stay with T6 b/c of the ability to make the GUI proper for my eyes. The limited GUI color schemes offered by T7 were inadequate
