I've tried contacting them since January and have not had any reply. I've tried their contact form on their website twice, tried directly via email once, and once via PM to kv331 here at KVR (although they haven't read the PM yet).
If you work for Kv331, please contact me. I'm having a problem with activation, and it's almost been a month...

Probably it's just that there isn't any dedicated support personnel in the team, Bulent is as at NAMM, Gercek is at a concert and so on, and when they come back they'll see that their email inbox is fullsems they earnd enough money to ignore customers and sales questions...
