No this is actually not in the plans anyway. We are trying to keep PatchWork as lightweight as possible, and adding Dry/Wet settings for every single plug-in would add unnecessary overhead. Also many plug-ins that do not provide a dry/wet parameter will actually behave pretty badly when remixed with the dry signal because of phase shifts.
But you can always load another instance of PathWork and use its Dry/Wet setting if you really need a specific plug-in, or use the parallel chains to achieve a similar goal (with V2 it will be even easier thanks to the "mute unused channels" option).
