Ok, so I have the Master Mix plugin from Tracktion and I use it in T7. I don't know that much about it and there isn't much about running this plug in and using it to master finished mixes.
So, maybe those of you who use it can toss out a few tips? Let's discuss it.
I admit to having Izotope Ozone 5. It is a similar plugin and I am a bit more used to it, but I want to learn how Master Mix works too. There are a lot of similarities, and a couple of things I wish MM had, such as a way to change the Threshold settings by scrolling with the mouse.

I do have a question for you, Bill. I hope you are reading this...
At the end of the last tutorial in this series you mention some "quirks" in Master Mix, one being that it "flips the polarity" of the material. This confuses me a bit, and I don't know what I should do to deal with it. Can you explain a little further, and give me a suggestion for taking care of this?

At the time I recorded that, I reported it as a bug to Tracktion. I am not sure if it still works that way but I don't think it has been fixed. The work around is simple. Apply a Tracktion 4-band EQ plugin after MasterMix and enable the Phase Invert switch.

Cool !
Update: I watched the tutorials, they're great. There are a few others on Groove3 that are interesting, which makes a good return for $10.

If you get a chance please post a review for the Tracktion videos. It might help Groove 3 be more open to adding Tracktion content in the future.
