It seems to be free, which is great for starters. Anyone tried it yet? What are your thoughts?

I was going to install it but if it's that limited it's not worth it. Caustic 3 is indeed really good considering it's free, Podium Free is probably the best free DAW for Windows imo.Paree wrote:I've tried it. Its pretty basic and good for beginners. The free version is pretty limited considering there is only loop builder view and no timeline view. There is a 10 dollar version which unlocks it. It handles loops well and syncs the Tempo and Key. Seems to be good for beginners.
I like Free Studio One Prime and Caustic 3 Desktop version (Free) Better though.
I think Tracktion 5 is the best free DAW since it has no limitations at all other than the fact that its older version of Tracktion.SampleScience wrote:I was going to install it but if it's that limited it's not worth it.
