Yeah, Outer Space sounds like the best option for now, and yes I already thought about it, but you never knowCompyfox wrote:So basically, another Roland Space Echo clone, and you did not even THINK of the name "Outer Space" (or "Outta Space")? All right... (if you take that name, free copy? EDIT: apparently, too obvious, too late)
I'll try to do it as accurate as possible to my unit, but also give more flexibility to the user.Compyfox wrote:The only question I have in this case, if we get access to the following:
- one "global speed knob" (completely with speed up/down effects)
- a "double/half speed" mode to extend the bpm "usage frame" unless you think half time/double time
- slightly different tape head positions (because no Roland was the same, which in turn resulted in different delay "tabs")
- different tapes
- proper mono support (for using that thing with guitar amps)
I don't know how "accurate" you want to shoot for though.
Yes, there will be a global rate knob, but I also want to give access to manually edit each head speed and volume, and of course a sync option.
I've only access to 2 tape types at the moment, but I plan to do at least 3.
The price will go up, probably around $/€50, when the new plugin will be released.Compyfox wrote:Will the MSRP of 39EUR remain, or does that go up AFTER the "Tape" add-on?
Until then Outer Verb will stay at $/€39 (when intro price ends on Feb 7th).
