It will but don't expect a lot of instances.

Even on my skylake chip there are presets I can't play chords with unless the buffer is set very high.

It does sound as good as they say though.

i can play around 40 to 45 voices (depends on the filter model ofcourse and its settings) on devine q.
This is on an overclocked core i7 4790k@4,6GHz. Latency set to 128 samples.

On my older i5 (running just as fast) i was able to play half of those voices...multithreaded DAW + Diva = win!
