By the Way, I also used a lot of Tal Sampler in the Tune. It's the one of the most cunning creative software out there.

is it not in the feedback loop? that should work like a tape effect, where it decays away as it goes through the filter multiple times.

what doesn't work like that?

You can select either post feedback, or in the loop. So both is possible (for the filter).

It's an undeniable fact, but it comes it the territory, so not much that can be done about that attitude, imo.

Yeah not sure why the graphic on the left isn't self explanatory. Or is there something going on that I can't hear that others can?
You need to limit that rez, bro.

Agreed, and against low cpu usage too. Even lower than TAL Dub I & II I think. Bought. :D
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

Instabuy. Always want to support TAL :tu:

Very basic question; which parts of the filter are modulated with the triangle lfo?

Just the resonance or also the filter cutoff point?

Post

What makes this delay specifically a "Dub" delay?

Post

The LFO can be set to the Delay and Filter.

It's Dub because it's a tape delay kind, with all it's behaviour.
you can change the (recorded) sound, to something else. Like Double some sound over it and then filtering the added harmonics. you never know what is gonna happen.
Also it's used for that Reggae back slap, just hit it once and there is a second just in time. hence the word Dub.
Thanks to reggae you hear it an modern music now. maybe more than ever before.

The fixes are already up on his site.

Developers like this I will always support.

He fixes bugs just as soon as they are reported. You don't get this kind of responsiveness from other developers where you will be very lucky to see a fix within 4 months of a bug report.

Bought. Best sounding delay since ValhallaUbermod. I've tested almost every software delay and this thing sounds really dope + very cpu friendly. The price is perfect. The beta price a no brainer.

I would suggest some changes:
The order of the filter section should be 'Low Cut / Cutoff / Resonance' I found this more intuitive.
The lower panel with 'Name / Panic / Tap / Meter' should be a upper panel.
Better mouse-behavior (see viewtopic.php?f=6&t=478099&p=6690883#p6690883)

Edit: Is the developer here on KVR or should I send TAL a email with my suggestions?

The sound is great on this unit, bought for $20 Canadian, it will get a lot of use.
Great work from TAL :tu:

The filter setting 'Post' button certainly makes a difference in the sound. I'm not understanding the talk about the filter not being in the FB loop, hit the button and hear the change, the graphic changes as well to show the location of the filter. Maybe turn the resonance down when you check this as that makes a big difference.
