Hi folks,
I'm trying to trigger the compressor in MDynamics with midi (note on).
I know the plug is receiving Midi because when i use the "Learn" function it correctly chooses the incoming midi signal and channel.
But i don't understand how to set up the plug to trigger compression from the midi note coming in.
Could anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks! ......... D
EDIT: as it's kinda a complicated plug, if anyone could do a screen capture explanation, i'd be eternally grateful!...........it's really easy using: www.screencast-o-matic.com
Use midi my trigger MDynamics in Cubase?

I don't think you'll be getting the results you want, however,
In Dynamics, Open the Meters and Subsystems pane on the right. Right click on Mod1 or 2 or 3 or 4. Select "Clear and learn". The name of the modulator will now change to "REC" for recording. Now, move a slider/knob that you want to change, for example threshold. Now left click on the modulator. Left click again, the modulator window will open. Switch to the Envelope tab. At the top left side of the tab set "Mode" to "MIDI". Click "Enable" that's in the middle of the top of modulator window. Close the modulator window.

Correct, you can probably do what you want with any of our plugins, that has a gain or volume parameter, plus a modulator. Some tutorials:
