I have a question regarding this sentence from the Presswerk manual:
"Note that HQ status, although global, is remembered for each instance."
Does that mean it is enough to enable HQ mode on only one instance of Presswerk in a Project (e.g. in Ardour or Bitwig) and it's turned on for all other instances in the same project ("global")?
Presswerk HQ mode

Yes. If you enable that on 'the first' instance, every new instance has hq enabledlentferj wrote:I have a question regarding this sentence from the Presswerk manual:

Sorry, no. This is with the wrapper snapshots of FL Studio...
If i open an instance of Presswerk and i enable HQ, and i open a new instance, HQ is off on the second instance. My guess is that it is related to a global setting, apart from the presets/views

Hmmm... "global" seems a bit misleading to me. It's "per instance" as opposed to "per preset/patch/program". It's like a parameter that is permanently locked, i.e. not affected by preset browsing.

Ah yeah, that is a better word; locked permanentlyUrs wrote:Hmmm... "global" seems a bit misleading to me. It's "per instance" as opposed to "per preset/patch/program". It's like a parameter that is permanently locked, i.e. not affected by preset browsing.
