Have you given up on customer support or are you just specifically avoiding my issue?
I've been trying to get resolution on, what I thought was a simple thing, for ***3 weeks*** now and I'm being ignored.
Gerek responded to my support request once looking for clarification and I gave it to him and then... nada.
I'm trying to download the full version of 2.8 again and your system is telling me "invalid email address entered" when I try to log in. It's the same email I have been using just fine all along; the same email I bought synthmaster with back in 2013.
Come on guys. Help a brother out.
