How to handle imported Damper Pedal Notes

I have 2 miditracks from Renoise.

All the notes are where there are supposed to be.
Renoises also records the damper pedal moves I made as a note.
This is now displayed as a note in the midifile I importet.
Tracktion does not use this notes for the damper pedal.
So it does not play them at all.
But I need the pedalinformation to make my song sound right

What can I do with this notes to get my damper pedal
playing again?
