Anyone had any experience with Loop Loft's Drum Direktor? They're offering FNK-4 and Cinematik for £48 which seems cheap for two Kontakt Player instruments but can't find much info on them that isn't direct from LL or reviews from the usual crew of uncritical reviewers who just post the cool stuff but never limitations or negative features.

Got no problem with them when i purchased bitwig

I don't use LoopLoft. Tried a few libs but their overall sound on all the samples is flat, muffled and boring without any mojo. Not my cup of tea.

Got no problem with them when i purchased bitwig

Was asking about DD rather than LL, couldn't find anything using forum search here. Used LL and always found them reliable, just asking about this specific bit of kit. Not sure from the look of it that it does anything I couldn't do anyway with drum racks in Ableton.

I like DD (Cinematik) for its Kontakt Player NKS compatibility. It will be upgraded to the new version (like DD Sounds from the Garage) shortly. Mind you, it goes on sale for less than $20 (with code) once in a while.

I think it's a helluva deal for all those Kontakt libraries alone, like Paths, Sync 1-3 and both Modularps. Then there's that huge Abuser. And great synth presets. There's even some high level Max for Live stuff, but that's not my thing. All in all, no-brainer. Keeping me very busy indeed.

I only got a $25 coupon. I was looking at the plug-ins that are $50 or less. I think my biggest problem with their plug-ins are that the video demos just sound like noise. I don't do a lot of distortion in my music. Don't mind a little distorted metal guitar sound, but the rest just hurts my ears. So I can't tell what is good and what isn't for me.

I guess I'll wait until the March sales.

Anyone had any experience with McDSP, EC-300 Echo Collection is on intro price and its under $80 at Audiodeluxe. I've got the demo and it sounds great but unfortunately there appears to be no Preset Browser at all in the VST version, tried Ableton Live 9 and Bitwig 2. I emailed there support.

Just got a 50% coupon from Loop Loft. They pulled the 30% off coupon from working with Bitwig 2.0 upgrades, but this coupon works, at least for now. If you are a loop loft customer and want the upgrade for $85, check you e-mail.

CIberithm can pm me the code? I am a looploft customer and I keep missing these discounts. Usually looploft use generic codes so I don't think it is keyed to your account. If it is disregard the request.
