I watched the new Beatles/Ron Howard one last night, thats was pretty good.

Some of those are awesome.

I've seen "sound city" SO many times. After a while though, it starts to become obvious about the cut/paste stuff which was OBVIOUSLY done on a digital editor Oh, and Neil Young is a tool A funny one, but a tool nonetheless.

Jim Jarmusch's documentary Gimme Danger, about Iggy & The Stooges is a good one. I learned that Iggy started out as a drummer.

started watching "Hip-Hop Evolution" last night on Netflix. not much new info, as i've read up quite a bit on the history, but it's really put together well and i've really enjoyed the first three parts so far.

I watched one of those shows and they said you had to have 4 things to be "hip hop" :

-graffiti
-rap
-breakdancing
-and a DJ.

I hope it was made in like 1989, cuz dat ain't tru no more (not to mention that's enough to not want anything to do with it )

breakdancing? They called it breakdancing? They clearly know nothing about "it" if they refer to it as breakdancing!
